As reported by CellularNews and quoted on Thursday (27/01/2011), this phone supposedly will use the modified Android operating system. Of course, pretty much anything on the phone is identical with Facebook.

The blue color typical will be dominant in the mobile phone, complete with the logo up on the body. Integration with the various features of Facebook will also be one of the flagship.

Unfortunately, HTC still refusing to comment on the existence of this phone. Though rumors had long circulated about them in cyberspace, although up earlier had also denied not want to make a cell phone.
