Not many people can live long to more than 100 years. Many people have wondered what the secret is for that. And the only way is to observe the lifestyle of people who are often referred as the centenarian.
Apparently, people are so durable that age and not clueless about computers tend to associate the alias with the times. The proof is from year to year, more and more centenarian who enjoys music via iPods, regular watch videos on YouTube, send SMS and use the Wii Fit.
Gfk Roper survey conducted with Evercare at United Healthcare Medicare Solutions centenarian U.S. on 100 people showed 8 percent regularly send an SMS or an increase of just 1 percent a year ago. In addition, 12 percent of those using the iPod, compared to three years before which was only 4 per cent.
“I think everyone should know what they want and not just accepted what was given to them,” said Marie Keeler (101) from Minnesota in response to her long age secret as reported on Reuters.
Most of the centenarian was also claimed to follow the development of pop culture by listening to music or view movies through the computer. In fact, 11 percent claimed to often watch videos on YouTube.
However, the key point average to say they are always cheerful and healthy life style. Approximately 40 percent claimed to routinely walk or bike ride. Interestingly one percent has been using Wii Fit as a means of exercise. Three-quarters of the centenarian was always eating healthy food and a third of which consume organic food.
